What the estimate adds up
- The package price: today's price per person from our booking team, for the package you choose.
- Our visa fee, for the countries where our visa desk has a rate (Japan and China today). For anywhere else, ask us.
- Flights, when the package is land only. You type what you expect to pay per person, because we do not guess airfares.
- Pocket money and other costs, which you type in: meals that are not included, shopping, tips, travel tax, insurance and extra baggage.

How to use the calculator
1. Choose a package. The list shows the packages on sale today, with the price per person and whether flights are included.
2. Set the number of travellers. Everyone is counted at the adult price, so if children are travelling, ask us for their rate.
3. Add flights if the package is land only, our visa fee if it appears, and your own figures for pocket money and other costs.
4. Read the total and the price per person, then send it to us if you want a quotation.
What a package price often leaves out
Check the not included list on each package page. Many packages list items such as the Philippine travel tax, tips for the driver and guide, extra baggage allowance and personal expenses. Put an amount for those in other costs, so your estimate does not come in short.

Plan around the date, not just the price
Prices change with the season and the departure date. Compare the dates on our group departures page, and if you need a visa, use the file-by calculator on our visa page so your documents are in on time.

How accurate is the estimate?
As accurate as the numbers you type in. The package price is today's price from our booking team, and our visa fee comes from the visa desk's rate sheet. Flights, pocket money and other costs are your own figures. A quotation from us is the exact price.
Does the estimate include flights?
Only if the package includes them, which the package list says. For a land-only package, type the airfare you expect to pay per person.
Are children priced differently?
The calculator counts every traveller at the adult price. Children's rates vary by package, so message us the ages and we quote them.
Why is my destination not listed?
The list shows the packages on sale today. If your trip is not there, message us the destination, the dates and how many are travelling, and we plan it for you.
Can I get an exact quotation?
Yes. Use the button under the estimate, or message us, and we reply with a quotation that lists what is included and the last day to book.
