Who we are

CieloAmor Travel & Tours Inc. is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC Reg. No. 2025070208373-00) under the name CIELOAMOR TRAVEL AND TOURS INC. and accredited by the Department of Tourism (DOT Accreditation No. DOT-R4A-TTA-03403-2026). The DOT register shows our accreditation as valid until June 30, 2028. Our office is at Diversion Road Boulevard, Barangay May-Iba, Teresa, Rizal 1880, Philippines, and we are open Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

How to check a DOT accreditation

1. Ask the agency for its accreditation number and certificate. Write down the exact business name, the number and the validity dates.
2. Check the record with the Department of Tourism. The DOT has an online accreditation check, our record on the DOT register, which shows the business name, the accreditation number, the type of business and how long it is valid. The DOT's website, tourism.gov.ph, and its regional offices can also confirm a number. Rizal falls under DOT Region IV-A.
3. Compare what you find. The name, the number and the validity dates must match what the agency showed you.
4. Do not rely on a photo of a certificate alone. Fake certificates have been reported, so the official record is what counts.

What to match before you pay

• The business name on the quotation, the receipt and the account you pay into should be the registered name above. If they differ, ask why before you pay.
• Ask for a written quotation that lists what is included and what is not.
• Keep every receipt and message.
• Visit the office if you can. We have a street address, a desk and phones that get answered.
