What's Included in a CieloAmor Tour Package

When you compare tour packages, the price is only half the story. What matters is what that price includes. Every CieloAmor tour package page lists what is included, what is not, the day-by-day plan and the last day to book, so you know exactly what you are buying. Here is how to read one, and how a booking works from your first message to the flight home.

How Our Package Prices Work

• Prices are per person, in pesos. Every package shows the starting price per person, so you can compare quickly.
• "From" prices. The price shown is the starting price per person. Prices are subject to availability until your booking is confirmed, so we confirm the final quote with you when you send your request.
• Flights. Many of our packages are land packages, which means flights are not included and are quoted separately. Packages that include flights say so on the page. See our guide to land arrangement packages for how this works.
• Book-by dates. Many packages have a booking window, with a "book by" date, instead of fixed departure dates. You choose your travel dates when you send your request.

What Our Packages Usually Include

Each package differs, so always read the "What's included" list on the page. As an example, a typical island package from our site lists:

• Hotel accommodation, for the number of nights shown.
• Daily breakfast.
• A roundtrip airport-hotel transfer. Read more about transfers in our guide to airport-to-hotel transfers in Manila and Cebu.
• Island hopping or tours, with pick-up and drop-off at a set point, on a joiner basis where stated.
• DOT-accredited boat transportation, with a life vest and a mask and snorkeling set.
• All applicable entrance fees.

What Is Usually Not Included

The same page also tells you what is not included. Common items are:

• Personal expenses and tips.
• A fuel surcharge, when applicable.
• Travel insurance, which is available on request. See our guide on travel insurance for Filipinos.
• A hotel incidental deposit, which is usually collected by the hotel at check-in.
• Flights, for land packages.

If something is important to you, such as meals or an extra tour, ask before you book, and we will tell you whether it can be added.

Reading the Day-by-Day Plan

Every package has a day-by-day plan that lists the stops and activities, so you can see how your days will go. Look for:

• Arrival and departure days. These are often shorter, because of flight times.
• Free time, which gives you room to explore on your own.
• Joiner or private tours. Joiner tours are shared with other travelers. Read about the difference in our guide to private van tours versus joiner tours.

How a Booking Works

1. Tell us the trip. Message us where you want to go, when and how many are traveling. A real person replies with options.
2. Get your quotation. We send a clear quote with what is included and what is not, by WhatsApp, Viber or email.
3. Lock it in. Pay the down payment, and we book the flights, rooms and tours.
